  1. Do you provide non-caffeinated options for guests? I will have children at the event.

    • Absolutely! We have hot and iced chocolate which are very popular with children, without any fees. For older children who can have a little caffeine, we also have a wide selection of premium teas to choose from (Apple Ceylon, Earl Grey, Oolong and English Breakfast Tea). If you are looking for other non-caffeinated options, just let us know! We’re happy to customise your package to suit your event needs.

  2. Is ice provided for the coffee cart?

    • Yes! For a limited time, we are offering complimentary iced options (applicable to every menu item, including chocolate and tea) with every coffee cart booking as part of our ongoing promotion.

  3. Do you provide custom branding or logo for the cups and the cart?

    • Yes! Custom logo stickers are complimentary for both hot and iced cups in every package. For cart customisations, custom brand boards are available at an additional charge.

  4. What are the setup requirements for the coffee cart?

    • We will require a dedicated 13-amp power source (not to be shared with other appliances) and a minimum space of 1.5m x 1.5m for the cart. For a smooth experience, the setup should be indoors or in a sheltered area if outdoors, to ensure uninterrupted service regardless of weather changes.

  5. What is the lead time for orders?

    • Preferably a one week lead time for booking confirmations. However, we welcome urgent orders as well, just hit us up on WhatsApp message at 9146 6680 to check on our availability!

  6. What payment modes do you accept?

    • PayNow via UEN is preferred, otherwise bank transfers or cheque are accepted. Credit card payments are available at a 4% surcharge. For government agencies, we can e-invoice through Vendors @ Gov.

  7. What kind of milk do you use for your coffee

    • We exclusively use fresh Meiji milk to ensure your guests enjoy the best quality coffee - rich, smooth, and full-bodied. Unlike UHT milk, fresh milk enhances the flavour and texture, giving every cup a premium touch.

  8. Do you cater to specific dietary preferences?

    • Absolutely! We offer alternative milk options, including Oat Milk (Oatside), available for a small fee. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  9. What are the drinks included in the coffee cart service?

    • Our standard menu includes a variety of espresso-based drinks, including latte (or cappuccino, piccolo, flat white, etc.), long black, and mocha (at no additional fee). Also, we offer 4 types of premium tea (Apple Ceylon, Earl Grey, Oolong and English Breakfast Tea) and chocolate drinks! Best part? Your guests can choose between ice or hot options, making every cup just the way they like it!   10. Can we hire your coffee cart for private events like weddings or corporate functions?

    • Absolutely! We cater to corporate events, weddings, private parties, and large-scale convention events. No matter the setting, our team is experienced in seamless setups and serving in a variety of event spaces, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you. Let us bring the perfect coffee experience to your special event.

  11. Can we increase serving capacity for large events?

    • Yes! We can add more manpower or additional coffee carts/machines to serve drinks at a faster pace.
